4. Activities That Are Not Permitted

To protect all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

You must not:

• Send the same or substantially similar message to multiple buyers.

• Flood buyers with excessive follow-up messages.
• Use buyer information obtained through Savanna Trade for unsolicited communication outside the platform, including email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media, without permission.

Misuse of Buyer Information

Users are prohibited from:

• Collecting, copying, exporting, or scraping buyer information for external marketing or commercial purposes.
• Sharing buyer details with third parties without authorization.
• Selling or distributing information obtained through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized applications to send messages or collect data.

Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Falsely claiming to represent Savanna Trade or another organization.
• Providing inaccurate or misleading company information.
• Using deceptive sales tactics or making false product claims.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating buyers.
• Promoting counterfeit, illegal, prohibited, or trademark-infringing products.

Savanna Trade reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears dishonest, abusive, or inconsistent with our marketplace standards.

5. Compliance and Enforcement
